I had the honour and pleasure of interviewing socially conscious photographer Zahra Siddiqui 3 years ago for my blog.
I am a fan of her work, and wanted to discuss her first solo exhibit – The Invisible Majority – an exhibit that proudly displayed Black and Brown faces.
For my latest episode of my podcast, I took a portion of our interview (which took place in a downtown cafe) and asked Zahra why she decided to create The Invisible Majority, and discuss why representation matters.
